Business Value Blueprint Education Session

About the Session:  

Being a business owner is one of the biggest and most rewarding challenges we can pursue in life. Each year thousands of ambitious humans decide to take the leap into entrepreneurship, yet 20% of entrepreneurs fail within the first year, and 50% will have closed their doors after five years (BLS.gov).

How do we beat the odds? There are resources, books, podcasts, and accelerator programs designed specifically for entrepreneurs, yet, even with the plethora of resources and advice, most founders still struggle financially, emotionally, and mentally. It can be a depleting and lonely journey!

Experiencing this led Kaitlin to create the Business Value Blueprint. It blends her background in human centered design, mindfulness, strategy development, and process improvement into a framework that allows solopreneurs who are 1 to 3 years into their journey to:

• Understand how to market products and services to their entire stakeholder ecosystem
• Create a business model that adapts as they grow
• Prioritize their time and energy on the people, places, and activities that will help them succeed
• Achieve their growth goals without burning out
• Develop a launch pad to stay focused on succeeding as a founder
• Sell more, increase customer satisfaction, or attract investors
• Connect with fellow solopreneurs to provide support, innovation, and connection

Format: This is an interactive workshop with time to practice what we learn and ask questions as a large group. The event will be recorded, but will only be shared with people who are registered. Please come prepared to introduce yourself and participate freely using your webcam. Participants will be expected to handle their own mute/unmute and to monitor their background noise. Questions can be asked via chat or by speaking up. After the event, slides and a link to the recording will be sent to people who are registered.
